The Finance Committee is responsible for:

  • Accurate counting, recording, and depositing of all receipts for the congregation.
  • Appointing a Financial Secretary to maintain giving records of individual members of the congregation.
  • Making regular reports to the Congregation Council and the congregation.
  • Preparing the annual budget for adoption by the congregation.
  • Maintaining the total property and liability insurance program of the congregation.

 

 

FINANCE - Thanks to Bruce & Kathy Kraft and Sandra Carter for answering our call for more offering counters. They join Lois Lippitt, Bob Maxwell, Paul & Linda Manak, Diane Magruder, Judy Randolph and Rhonda White in performing this important task. Dave Addie and Paul Kuptz are willing substitutes when needed. Jim Haynes volunteers as Joy's financial secretary.
