CONGREGATIONAL MEETING -

COUNCIL NOTES - The council set the semi-annual congregational meeting for Sunday, January 22. The meeting will convene immediately following that
morning's worship. We will suggest names for a nominating committee,
receive the 2011 financial report, consider a proposed 2012 budget and
deal with other business that comes before the group. Every Joy participant
is invited and encouraged to participate.

The council learned that Todd White, the lawyer renting the parsonage, has ended that arrangement. He will vacate the building by the end of 2011. The council appointed a committee of Rhonda White, Bob Maxwell and Richard Oltmanns to deal with issues that arise in ending the lease with Mr. White and then securing another tenant for the property. On December 23 an agreement was signed with Regal Reality and its agent Gwen Castillo to help lease the parsonage. Direct your questions to this committee.
